| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颌骨陈旧性骨折术后功能训练的方法。方法：采用微型钛夹板内固定治疗陈旧性颌骨骨折32例，术后随机分为康复组16例，简单颌间牵引组16例．随访0．5～2年。结果：康复组术后2周内即恢复咬合等功能。简单颌间牵引组需4周才可恢复咬合等功能。结论：术后功能训练可以早期恢复陈旧性颌骨骨折的咬合等功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the curative effect in the early stage with postoperative rehabilitation in old jaw fractures.Methods:32 cases of old jaw fractures with orthognathic surgery and rigid internal fixation were randomly and equally divided into rehabilitation group and intermaxillary traction group,followed up for 6 months to 2 years.Results: Occlusal function of patients in rehabilitation group was restored within 2 weeks,and that of intermaxillary traction group restored within 4 weeks.Conclusion:Postoperative rehabilitation could facilitate function restoration in early period. |
