彩色多普勒血流显像及能量图对移植肾急性排斥反应的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒显像及多普勒能量图对于检测移植肾急性排斥反应的诊断价值。方法对32例肾移植受者术后进行彩色多普勒血流显像及多普勒能量图检查。根据检测结果将32例患者分为两组,移植肾正常组（26例）、急性排斥组（6例）,并与超声引导下肾组织穿刺病理活检进行对比。结果6例急性排斥反应患者的移植肾动脉搏动指数及阻力指数均高于移植肾正常组;急性排斥组肾脏的长径及肾皮质厚度明显大于移植肾正常组。结论彩色多普勒血流显像及能量图对移植肾急性排斥反应的诊断具有独特的优势。

Evaluation of color Doppler ultrasonography in the perfusion of renal allografts

Objective] To explore the value of color Doppler uhrasonography in the blood perfusion of renal allografts. Methods] Thirty-two patients with renal allografts were examed by using color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） and power Doppler imaging （PDI）. Renal blood flow perfusion, pulse index （PI） and resistance index （RI） were observed. The thickness of the renal cortex and kidney＇s volume was measured. The complications were diagnosed by renal tissue biopsy. Results] In 6 patients （18.75%） with acute renal rejection, the long axis and the thickness of the renal cortex were significantly increased as compared with normal renal allografts. Conclusion] CDFI and PDI were valuable for monitoring normal renal transplantation and acute rejection.
