前置胎盘剖宫产术式探讨

１５例前置胎盘附着于子宫下段的前壁或后壁，为了抢救母、婴与防止再次妊娠时发生子宫破裂的可能，采取子宫下段横切口剖宫产。胎盘附着位置１０例在前壁、，其中４例在前壁正中，６例在前壁偏左或偏右。

Cesarean Section for Placenta Previa

Fifteen patients with placenta previa were treated with cesarean section by transverse incision in the lower uterine segment. Ten patients had their placenta implanted in the anterior wall of uterus. Of them, 4 located at the middle of anterior wall and 6 located either at the left or right. For those located at the left a transverse section was done at the right first, then extended to the left properly. The reverse was done for those located at the right. When the placenta was located at the middle,a mid-transverse incision about 4 cm in length was made at the lower segment of the uterus, then seperated the placenta with finger and hemostatic clamp and extended the incision to proper length. The amniotic membrane was ruptured immediately and the fetus was delivered rapidly.Rapid incision, prompt delivery, speedy suture and large dose of antibiotics after operation were key factors for the success of cesarean section.
