血清与血浆电解质差异的探讨

摘    要:目的分析血浆电解质检验与血清检验所得结果间的差异及其原因。方法随机抽取需行血液检验的患者100例,据血小板(PLT)水平将患者分为小于组(22例)、正常组(60例)、大于组(18例),检测血清和血浆中电解质的浓度。结果血清中Cl-、Na+及K+水平低于血浆中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组间血清与血浆中Cl-、Na+及K+水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且PLT水平越高K+差距越大。结论 PLT的数量将影响血浆电解质的检测浓度,同时也会影响血清的检测浓度,应选择设立检验时可参照的正常血浆电解质浓度范围。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the difference and the reason of the plasma between electrolyte inspection and serum test result. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases patients who need blood test, according to the level of platelet( PLT), patients were divided into less than group (22 cases), normal group (60 cases), more than group (18 cases). Detected the elec- trolyte concentration in serum and plasma. Results The C1 - , Na + and K + level in serum were lower than those in plasma, the difference were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Among the three groups, the difference of the C1- , Na + and K + level in serum and plasma was not statistically significant( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The level of PLT higher, the gap of K + greater. Conclusion The PLT level will affect the detection concentration of plasma electrolyte, and at the same time also can affect serum detection concentration. Normal plasma electrolyte concentration range of reference should set up.
