| 摘 要： | 静脉注射红景天醇提取液，观察大鼠动脉血压和心率变化；使用β受体阻断剂心得安和ａ受体阻断剂酚妥拉明进一步探讨红景天醇提取液对心血管活动影响的机理。结果表明：（１）红景天醇提取液可使大鼠动脉血压明显升高，并呈现一定的剂量效应关系；（２）静脉注射红景天的升压作用不能被心得安所阻断；（３）可翻转酚妥拉明所引起的血压降低的药理学作用；（４）对心率的影响无一定规律性变化，以不变或升高为主，证明红景天有一定的强心缩血管作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of rhodiola injected intravenously on blood pressureBP) and
heart rate(HR)in rats were observed.To study the mechanism of the changes of cardiovascular
activity inducedby rhodiola, the propranolol一β一adrenergic blockade and the phentolamine
一α一adrenergic blockadewere used in the experiments。 The data showed that ( 1 )
Rhodiola might elevate BP and present adose-effect relationship;(2) pressor effect of rhodiola
could not be blocked by propranolol;(3)depres-sor effect of phentolamine was reversed by
rhodiola;(4) the effect on HR was not regular. It is sug-gested that rhodiola might have
positively inotropic action and cause constriction of arterial vessels. |
