| 摘 要： | 目的评价氨甲苯酸注射液的安全性。方法对氨甲苯酸注射液进行了过敏性、溶血性及血管刺激性试验。结果及结论氨甲苯酸注射液对豚鼠无致敏作用,对家兔红细胞无明显体外溶血及凝聚作用,对家兔血管无明显刺激作用,亦未引起血管周围组织明显病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the security of Aminomethylbenzoic acid Injection.Methods The reaction of Aminomethylbenzoic acid Injection on Guinea pig irritability,hemolysis and stimulation on blood vessel of rabbit were studied.Results and Conclusion No hypersensitive action was found on Guinea pig.The hemolysis,agglomeration on vitro-body red cell and the stimulation on blood vessel rabbit were not obvious,as well as not induced obviously pathological changes around blood vessel. |
