尿毒净液延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的机理探讨

目的:研究尿毒净液对5/6肾切除鼠慢性肾功能不全模型的疗效及其作用机理。方法:建立5/6肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型,观察12周内尿毒净液和洛丁新对尿素氮、肌酐、24h尿蛋白量及肾小球平均截面积的影响。结果:尿毒净液组和洛丁新组尿素氮、肌酐明显低于对照组,尿蛋白量低于对照组,尿毒净液组肾小球平均截面积均显著低于模型对照组和洛丁新组。结论:尿毒净液能改善5/6肾切除大鼠的肾功能。

Effects of Niaodujin Decoction Treatment on the Progression of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To explore the effects of Niaodujin decoction treatment on the development and progression of glomerulosclerosis in chronic renal failure. Method: Experimental chronic renal failure in rats was modeling by excised 5/6 kidney. Plasma nitrogen and creatinine,urinary protein excretion and mean arterial pressure (MAP) were measured. Results:Plasma nitrogen and creatinine levels in the groups of decoction and luotensin were significantly lower than those of comparison group .Urinary protein excretion in the group of decoction were significantly lower than those of comparison group. The MAP in the group of decoction were significantly lower than those in the groups of luotensin and comparison. Conclution:This study shows that Naodujin decoction treatment can prevents the development and progression of glomerulosclerosis in chronic renal failure rats.
