摘    要:目的 探讨伪麻黄碱对中枢系统的影响。方法 采用行为药理学方法观察并测定伪麻黄碱对阈剂量戌巴比妥钠催眠作用的影响,对小鼠外观活动和自发活动的影响,及对戌四氮和士的宁致惊厥作用的影响。结果 伪麻黄碱20mg/kg、40mg/kg及80mg/kg,对小鼠自主活动均表现为抑制作用,其抑制率分别为75.9%、73.4%和86.4%。伪麻黄碱80mg/kg,对戌巴比妥钠催眠作用表现出拮抗作用,对戌四氮和士的宁惊厥作用均无影响。结论 伪麻黄碱对中枢神经具有一定的兴奋作用。

Abstract:Objectives To study the actions of pseudo-ephedrine on central nerves system (CNS). Methods The action of mice's autonomic activity and pentobarbital induced hypnotic after pseudo-ephedrine administrated were observed in mice. Results Pseudo-ephedrine (20, 40 and 80mg/kg ip, ) inhibited the autonomic activity of mice, the inhibition rates were 75.9%?73.4%?86.4% respectively. At the same concentration (pseudo-ephedrine 80mg/kg ip), the hypnotic action of pentobarbital was antagonized, but the actions of pentylenetrazole and strycnine were not. Conclusions Pseudo-ephedrine had the function of exciting CNS in mice.
