非小细胞肺癌脑转移预后的多因素分析--附132例临床分析

目的：对非小细胞肺癌脑转移的预后因素进行多因素分析。方法：对既往治疗的132例非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者进行随访，计算生存期，应用SPSS软件包，采用Kaplan—Meier进行单因素分析,采用比例风险模型进行多因素分析。结果：单因素分析显示，行为状态评分、脑转移数目、有无合并颅外器官转移、治疗方法、脑转移灶的近期治疗对生存期有影响。多因素分析显示，治疗方法、行为状态评分、颅外器官转移3个因素影响预后。结论：非小细胞肺癌脑转移的主要预后因素依次为治疗方法、行为状态评分、颅外器官转移。

The multiple factor analysis:prognosis of brain cancer metastasized from NSCLC

Objective:To perform a multiple factor analysis on prognosis factor of brain cancer metastasized from NSCLC.Methods:The single factor analysis was performed in 132 patients who had been treated for brain cancer metastasized from NSCLC before with pursuit visit,survival period calculation,using SPSS software package and Kaplan Meier.The multiple factor analysis was performed with proportion risk model.Results:The single factor analysis showed that the behavior state score,the amount of brain cancer metastasis,whether it has combined organ metastasis outside the cranium,the therapy method,the curative effect to brain cancer metastasis lump recently have an influence to survival period.The multiple factor analysis showed that the therapy method,the behavior state score,and the organ metastasis outside the cranium have an influence to prognosis.Conclusion:The prongosis factor of brain cancer metastasized from NSCLC is in turn:the therapy method,the behavior state score,and the organ metastasis outside the cranium.
