| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多普勒对肝硬化门脉高压患者手术前后门脉系血流变化进行检测。结果；观察组术前ＰＶ、ＳＶ内径及血流量增加，血流速度减慢是本病血流动力学的重要变化，而血流速度减低与血流阻力指数增高又有一定的敏感性；术后其内径变窄，血流量减少，仍与对照组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

| Abstract: | The portal hemodynamics in patients of liver cirrhosis associated with portal hypertension were studied by Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) before and after operation The results showed:increase of bortal and splenic vein diameter and blood flow volume decrease blood of flow velocity were significant hemodynamic changes in observed group before operation. Decrease of blood flow velocity was sensitive to increase of flow resistance index. Decreases of Portal and splenic vein diameter and blood flow volume were significantly different from control group after operation (P<0. 01). |
