皮瓣移植在修复鼻创面中的应用

目的 寻找一种比较理想修复鼻创面的材料。方法 应用邻位双叶皮瓣或鼻唇沟皮瓣修复鼻创面。结果 20例病人鼻良恶性肿瘤切除后均完整修复，无皮瓣坏死，无延期愈合，修复后皮瓣颜色同邻近皮肤一样。复查3个月至1年，肿瘤无复发，皮瓣均成活。结论 建议推广使用皮瓣植修复鼻创面。

The flap was applied in the wound of nose

Objectives:We looked for a kind of material that reconstructed the wound of nose.Methods:The wound of nose was reconstructed by adjacent flap and the flap of ditch of nose and lip.Results: The wounds of nose of 20 patients were recontructed by the flaps wholly.The rusults were satisfactory in all cases without the flap necrsis.There was not a prolong cure in these patients reconstructed by the flaps.The colour of the flap was the same as the adjacent skin.After the operation from three months to one year,there was not a relapse in these tumor patients.These flaps lived entirely.Conclusion:Wide Application of the flap in the wound of nose.
