正骨通痹丹治疗骨不愈合、骨无菌性坏死、慢性骨髓炎

目的：探讨正骨通痹丹对骨不愈合、骨无菌性坏死、慢性骨髓炎的作用机理。方法：以口服正骨通痹丹对以上三病患者240例进行1－3个疗程的药效对比观察。结果：用药后每疗程疗效差异非常显著，经统计学处理（P＜0．01），治愈率为92．5％，有效率为100％。结论：该药对以上三病的显著疗效，证实其有调补肝肾、化瘀解毒、补骨生新的功能，与骨不愈合、骨无菌性坏死、慢性骨髓炎者肝肾虚损失调、毒炽脉阻、气血凝滞的病机相吻合。

''ZhengGu TongPiDan''cures Dyssymphysis,Non-bacteroidal Bone Putrescence and Chronic Osteomyelitis

Objective:probing the function mechanism of 'ZhengGu TongPiDan'in curing dyssymphysis,non-bacteroidal bone putrescence and chronic osteomylitis.Methods:dividing 240 patients who have at least one of above three diseases into three groups,the groups respectively take this medicine orally from one to three periods,then comparing and observing the medicine's effect on the patients.Outcome:the curative effect difference is very obvious between before and after a period.After statistics computation,the curative rate is 92.5%,and the ratio of efficiency is 100%.Conclusion:the significant curative effect of'ZhengGu TongPiDan'to all three diseases verifies that this medicine is effective in building up health of liver and kidney,resolving ecchymosis,detoxification and facilitating bone regeneration.This just matches the disease mechanism of liver and kidney weakness,damage and maladjustment,toxin heat and vessel block,both vital energy and blood stagnation as they are the symptoms of dyssymphysis,non-bacteroidal bone putrescence and chronic osteomylitis patients.
