| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者经皮氧分压(TcPO2)与尿白蛋白肌酐比(ACR)的相关性。方法采用TCM400经皮氧分压检测仪检测360例T2DM患者足背TcPO2值;留取晨尿,采用DCA2000+白蛋白/肌酐分析仪检测尿ACR、留取过夜空腹血检测三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和血尿酸水平。结果 TcPO2与年龄、病程、吸烟率、高血压、高血脂、血尿酸、尿ACR等因素呈负相关,与性别无相关性。结论异常TcPO2不仅可反映下肢微血管功能状态,还能一定程度提示糖尿病肾脏损害。
