腔隙性脑梗死60例的临床、CT及EEG的探讨

本文报道60例胜隙性脑梗死的临床类型、CT及EEG的检测结果。临床上以纯运动性轻偏瘫最多，占47％。经CT证实，此种微梗死部位主要在内囊、基底节。EEG多数正常或轻度异常，异常率为48．33％。近期疗效评定：痊愈组与好转组相比，提示纯运动性轻偏瘫病例数大于感觉运动性，EEG正常率大于异常率。头颅CT两侧性病变26例中，有8例EEG系轻度或中度弥漫性改变，6例系局灶性改变。临床随访11例，随临床症状改善，10例病初EEG异常者，有7例逐渐恢复正常。若两者结合来判断预后，具有更大的临床实用价值。

Clinical. CT and EEG Approaches in 60 Cases with Lacune Infarction

This paper reported the clinical exarnination,CT, and EEC findings in 60 cases with lacune infarction. clinically, pure sensory hemiparesis is common and it accounts for 47 %of the cases. Confirmed by CT this kind of tninute infarction occurred mainly in the internal carsule and besal ganglia. There were no or slightly abnorrnal changes in EEG and the rate of abnormal findings was 48- 33 %. Therapeutic short-tertn results: Among the healed and the favorable groups,the number of cases with pure sensory hemiparesis was greater than that with sensory-tnotor stroke normal and the number of cases with EEG was greater than that with ab11ornla1 findings In 26 cases with bilateral CT abnormalities, slight or moderate diffuse, EEG changes were seen in 8 patients. and focal lesions were found in 6 cases. Follow-up of 11 cases revealed marked improvements of clinical synptoms In 10 cascs with EEG abnormal CT findings, 7 cases had returned to normal. The results are encouraging.
