静脉药物配置中心对护理工作的作用及其管理

为了静脉用药的配置能在洁净环境下进行,药学部介入临床,合理用药、减少药物浪费。笔者分析了静脉药物配置中心对护理工作的作用:(1)规范配置,提高安全性;(2)加强了对合理用药的监控;(3)有利于病区人力资源的应用;(4)加强了职业防护;(5)减少浪费。认为静脉药物配置中心必须加强护理管理,做到:加强与药学部沟通,协调管理和对人员的培训、管理以及配置质量监控,严格执行无菌操作,防止群体输液感染;保证输送系统的畅通;做好工作人员的个人防护等,以保证工作质量。

The effect of pharmacy intravenous admixture services on nursing and management

To admix intravenous medicine in a clean environment, make pharmic department participate in the clinic, give medicine rationally and decrease the waste of medicine. The author analyzed influence of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS) on nursing: (1)to normalize the medicine admixture and improve the safety;(2)to reinforce monitoring for rational intravenous medicine; (3) to make for the utilization of ward human resource; (4)to improve occupation protection; (5)to decrease the waste. The authors argued PIVAS must reinforce the nursing administration and take following measures: to reinforce the communication with pharmacy department, to harmonize the administration and personnel training, to manage and monitor admixture quality, to carry out the aseptic method strictly, to prevent intravenous infection of colony, to assure the unhindered of delivery and to enhance the personal protection of employees so as to assure the working quality.
