| 摘 要： | 采用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射造成大鼠高血糖模型，观察齐墩果酸对模型鼠血糖、血清胰岛素和肝糖原含量的影响。实验结果表明，齐墩果醚治疗组大鼠血糖（27．81±5．16mmol／L）明显低于造型对照鼠（33．3±0．89mmol／L）；肝糖原（28．07±6．31mg／g）和血清胰岛素（5．37±0．94U）含量则明显高于造型组（20．2±4．54mg／g；4．09±0．79U）。结果提示，齐墩果醚对实验性大鼠高血糖有一定的降低作用。

| Abstract: | The hyperglycemized rats were produced by injecting olloxan into abdominal cavity of rats.The content of blood glucose,hepatic glycogen and serum insulin were studid in the hyper-glycomized group(HG),group treated with oleanolic acod(HPG)and control group(CG).The ex-periment results showed that the blood glucose was significantly lower in HPG(27.81±5.16mmol/L)than in HG(33.3±0.89mml/:L),the hepatic glycogen and the serum insulin were sig-nificantly higher in HPG(28.7±6.31mg/g,5.37±0.94U)than in HG(20.2±4.54mg/g,4.09±0.79U).It is suggested that oleanolic acid can decrease the hyperglycemia of rats in a certain pro-portion. |
