| 摘 要： | 对经手术病理证实的１４例卵巢无性细胞瘤进行了回顾性分析，较详细地总结了其声像学特征，提出了超声诊断依据，认为术前卵巢无性细胞瘤的诊断是可能的。本组回顾性诊断为１２／１４，较过去的２／１４明显提高。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed 14 cases of dysgerminoma of ovary all confirmed by operation and pathology. The ultrasonographic characteristics were summed up and put forward for the basis of US diagnosis. We believe that it is possible to diagnosis this tumor preoperatively. The accuracy rate of diagnosis was 12/14 in this group, more than that of past result 2/14. |
