| 摘 要： | 对病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病的10例患者作了临床分析。各种类型肝炎均可罹患糖尿病,其中以慢活肝炎肝硬化发生率为高。本病的严重性与肝炎密切相关。并简要讨论了诊断治疗问题。作者强调,胰岛素治疗对本病是有益的而口服降糖药应禁用或慎用。

| Abstract: | Ten cases of viral hepatitis associated with diabetes mellitus were reported. The clinical characteristics of the disease were as follows: diabetes mellitus may be suffered in the different types of liver disease, but notably found in CAH and cirrhosis of liver. The diagnosis and the therapy were discussed. The authers suggest that insulin therapy is benificial to the disease, oral hypoglycemics should be contraindicated or applied with caution. |
