基层医院手术室外无痛苦胃镜的风险防范策略

目的探讨基层医院手术室外无痛苦胃镜的风险评估和防范措施。方法回顾性分析我院2007年7月一2012年12月在胃镜室行无痛苦胃镜检查216例患者的资料，及其各环节存在风险的防范措施和效果。结果麻醉药物不良反应逐年减少，麻醉相关不良事件逐年减少，医疗风险逐年降低，胃镜室条件不断改善，建立和健全了有效的风险防范管理机制。结论对无痛胃镜检查风险进行评估和防范，能有效减少或避免麻醉相关不良事件，降低医疗风险，确保患者安全。
