低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎

目的观察鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选择2009年10月-2012年4月在我院就诊的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者92例，随机分为A组和B组，A组行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移，B组行鼻内镜下下鼻甲部分切除术。对2组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生率进行比较。结果2组疗效比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05），并发症发生率方面A组低于B组，2组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎，效果优于鼻内镜下下鼻甲部分切除术，具有视野清晰、出血少、安全、并发症少等特点。

Treatment of Low-temperature plasma combined with inferior turbinate fracture relocation for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis

Objective To observe the curative effect of combination application of endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation and inferior turbinate fracture relocation compared to inferior turbinate partial resection in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis comparison. Methods 92 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis in our hospital were divided into 2 groups. Group A were performed intranasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation and inferior turbinate fracture relocation compared,group B received partial turbinectomy with nasal endoscopy. The curative effects and complication were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect had no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）, but the complication in group A is less than that in group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low-temperature plasma combined with inferior turbinate fracture relocation is better than inferior turbinate partial resection in treating chronic hypertrophic rhinitis with clear vision, less bleeding, safety, and fewer complications.
