颅脑损伤昏迷患者鼻胃管固定方法的探讨

目的探讨颅脑损伤昏迷患者的鼻胃管固定方法。方法将颅脑损伤昏迷需留置胃管患者60例随机分为对照组和试验组各30例，对照组采用松紧带固定；试验组采用医用透明敷料固定，近耳部用棉线做一个耳挂。观察2组胃管脱落，鼻部、耳廓压疮情况。结果2组胃管脱落率无显著差异（P〉O．05），试验组鼻部、耳廓出现皮肤压疮明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论临床上应用医用透明敷料固定胃管安全有效，可以减少对皮肤的刺激，增加患者的舒适度。

Discussion of nasogastric tube fixed method in coma patients with craniocerebral injury

Objective To contrast two kinds of nasogastric tube fixed method in clinical application. Methods 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who need a nasogastric tube placement were randomly divided into two groups, in which 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the experiment group. Nasogastric tube was fLxed with elastic in the control group. In the experiment group, nasogastric tube was fixed with Medical transparent dressings and the part near the ear was f＇Lxed in the ear. Results In the experimental group, patients suffered from less pressure ulcer in the ear and nose. Conclusion Methods ofnasogastric tube fixation with sterile application can effectively reduces skin irritation and increases patient comfort.
