广西河池市2004年-2012年流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征分析

目的分析广西少数民族居住较多的河池市腮腺炎流行病学特征，为今后更好地防治提供科学依据。方法收集该市下辖11个市县区2004年-2012年报告的流行性腮腺炎疫情报告资料进行统计分析。结果该市在过去的9年中疫情报告流行性腮腺炎病例共15816例，人群发病率为20．17-81．89／10万，年均发病率为46．85／10万；每年存在2个流行高峰，分别为6月和11月；在校学生病例占总病例的66．57％，0岁～7岁幼儿随着年龄的增加病例数不断增多，占总病例数的44．30％，到7岁儿童病例数达到一个高峰，占总病例数的10．31％；全市各市县区每年均有病例报告，但以金城江区病例数最多，年均人群发病率为131．96／10万。结论河池市属于广西腮腺炎流行较严重的市，加强儿童及学生腮腺炎疫苗接种仍然是一项重要的工作。

Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of mumps at Hechi city from year 2004 to 2012

Objective Analysis the mumps epidemiological characteristics in more ethnic minorities live and better prevention for the future and provide scientific basis in Hechi City. Methods Collect the city under the jurisdiction of 11 counties district 2004-2012 data report have been reported for statistical analysis. Results This city had been reported 15816 cases of mumps in the past nine years, population annual incidence between 20.17-81.89/100 thousand range and average annual incidence rate of 46.85/100 thousand, there are two annual epidemic peak, respectively, in June and November. The students in case of total cases 66.57% and 0-7 year-old children with increasing age, the number of cases continue to increase, 44.30% of the total number of cases, number of cases of children aged 7 to reach a peak, the total number of cases 10.31%. The city reported cases each year, but the largest number of cases Jinchen~iang area and the average annual incidence rate of 131.96/100 thousand. Conclusion The city belongs to the more serious epidemic of mumps in Guangx, strengthen children and students mumps vaccination remains an important task.
