莫沙必利联合氟西汀治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果分析

目的探讨“生理一心理”治疗模式在功能性消化不良（FD）中的应用价值。方法对42例FD患者采用莫沙必利联合氟西汀治疗，并以单一采用莫沙必利治疗的38例患者作对照分析。结果治疗组总有效率为92．9％，复发率为4．5％（1／22）；对照组总有效率为68．4％，复发率为40．0％（4／10），2组疗效及复发情况比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论莫沙必利联合氟西汀治疗FD疗效肯定，不良反应少，复发率低，值得临床推广使用。

Analysis of the clinical effect of Mosapride combined with Fluoxetine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

Objective To explore the application value of ＂physiological and psychological treatment＂ mode in functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods 42 cases of FD were treated with mosapride combined with fluoxetine, and made other 38 cases treated with single mosaBilly as the control. Results The effect of 24 cases （57.1%） in treatment group were evident, and the total effective rate was 92.9% with 4.5% （1/22） recurrence rate; while in the control group, evident effect cases were 11 （28.9%）, and the total effective rate was 68.4% with 40.0% （4/10） recurrence rate, compared curative effect and relapse rate between two groups, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Mosapride combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of FD shows certainly clinic effect, less adverse reaction and low recurrence rate, which was worthy of clinical promotion and usage.
