孟鲁司特钠联合舒利迭治疗变异性哮喘36例临床观察

目的探讨盂鲁司特钠联合舒利迭（沙美特罗／氟替卡松）治疗变异性哮喘的疗效。方法采用孟鲁司特钠联合舒利迭（治疗组）对36例患者进行治疗，并以32例仅使用舒利迭（对照组）治疗的患者为对照，观察2组的疗效。结果治疗组患者咳嗽缓解时间（5．7±2．0）d，咳嗽症状消失时间（8．2±2．6）d，治疗后1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV。％）及1秒用力呼气容积／用力肺活量（FEV1／FVC）均有明显改善，治疗总有效率为94．4％，以上指标和对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效肯定，不良反应少，临床效果满意，值得临床进一步研究、推广和使用。

Clinical observation of Montelukast combined with Seretide in treatment of 36 cases of variant asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of Montelukast Combined with Seretide （Shah Mette Lo/fluticasone） effect in the treatment of variant asthma. Methods 36 patients were treated by montelukast combined with Seretid, 32 patients only used Seretide as the control, the curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results In treatment group, patients cough relief time was （5.7 ＋2.0）d,cough symptoms disappeared time was 8.2 ＋ 2.6d, FEV1 and FEV~/FVC were significantly improved, the total efficiency was 94.4%, and compared with the control group, the difference between the above indexes were statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈O.01）. Conclusion Montelukast Combined with Seretide in treatment of cough variant asthma had the advantages of better curative effect, less adverse reaction, and satisfied clinical effect, which worthy of further clinical research, popularization and application.
