不同胃酸分泌抑制药物联合西沙必利对反流性食管炎的影响

目的探讨西沙必利联合奥美拉唑与联合雷尼替丁对反流性食管炎的影响。方法对样本量均为76例的2组反流性食管炎患者分别给予西沙必利联合奥美拉唑（观察组）和西沙必利联合雷尼替丁（对照组），观察2组疗效、不良反应等。结果观察组显效57例，有效15例，无效4例，总有效率95．7％；平均症状缓解时间为（10．7±5．4）d，平均症状消失时间为（25．5±10．7）d；显效患者随访半年复发率14．3％，和对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论西沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎，比西沙必利联合雷尼替丁起效要快，症状缓解、消失时间短，且复发率更低，值得临床进一步探索研究。

Effects of different gastric acid secretion inhibition drugs combined with Cisapride on reflux esophagitis

Objective To investigate the effect of cisapride combined with omeprazole and combined with ranitidine on reflux esophagitis. Methods Two groups samples consisted of 76 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were given cisapride combined with omeprazole （observation group） and cisapride combined with ranitidine （control group）,the effect and adverse reaction of two groups were observed. Results In observation group, 57 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases ineffective with the total efficiency of 95.7% ; the average duration time of remission was 10.7 ＋ 5.4d, and the average time of symptom disappearance was （25.5 ＋ 10.7）d; the recurrence rate of effective patients which were followed up for half a year was 14.3% ; and compared with the control group, the differences between above items were significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Compareed with cisapride combined with ranitidine, using cisapride combined with omeprazole in treatment of reflux esophagitis was faster with shorter symptoms disappear time and low recurrence rate, which was worthy for further exploration and research.
