胎膜早破96例临床分析

目的探讨胎膜早破的发生原因及对母婴的影响。方法将96例胎膜早破患者作为观察组，并选取同期住院分娩的无胎膜早破产妇100例作为对照组，观察2组患者分娩方式及母婴并发症的发生率。结果观察组阴道分娩率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），且头盆不称、胎儿窘迫、剖宫产率及早产率、新生儿窒息率、新生儿肺炎及宫内感染发生率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论胎膜早破会严重影响母婴健康，应及时处理以降低母婴并发症发生率。

Clinical analysis on 96 cases of premmure rupture of membrane

Objective To investigate the causes and influence of premmure rupture of membrane （PROM）. Methods The 96 cases of PROM as study group and the other 100 noermol pregnant without PROM as control group, the delivery ways and complication were analyzed and compared. Results The rate of vaginal delivery in study group was lower than in control group. The rate of cephalopelvic, fetal distress,cesarean,preterm labor, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal pneumonia, intrauterine infection in study group was significantly higher than in control group（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion PROM is harmful to the health of neonatal and maternal, and should be treated with different methods to reduce the incidence of neonatal and maternal infection.
