| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨细胞间隙连接蛋白connexin43(Cx43)在BN大鼠视网膜中的分布特点.方法:以雄性挪威棕色大鼠(Brown Norway)为研究对象,应用免疫组化方法观察Cx43在BN大鼠视网膜中的分布特点.结果:正常视网膜内界膜,视神经纤维层以及神经节细胞层明显表达,神经节细胞表达的主要位置是细胞质和细胞膜,色素上皮细胞全层表达,内外颗粒层及内外层状层无表达.结论:正常视网膜的Cx43主要分布在内界膜,神经纤维层,视网膜节细胞层和视网膜色素上皮层.

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the express of the gap junction protein connexin43(Cx43)in the BN rat retina. METHODS:Immunohistochemical distribution of connexin43(Cx43) in the retina of the BN rats was investigated. RESULTS:In BN rat retina,Cx43 was immunolocalized to internal limiting membrane,nerve fiber layer,ganglion cell layer and pigment epithelium.Cx43 appeared in the form of distinct puncta distributed on ganglion cell. CONCLUSION:The distribution of Cx43 in the normal retina is internal limiting membrane,nerve fiber layer,ganglion cell layer and pigment epithelium? |
