| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊及盐酸倍他司汀治疗内耳眩晕的临床疗效。方法:治疗组60例予口服复方血栓通胶囊、氟桂利嗪胶囊及盐酸倍他司汀,对照组60例仅口服氟桂利嗪胶囊和盐酸倍他司汀治疗。结果:治疗组在临床症状改善方面有较好的疗效,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方血栓通胶囊用于治疗内耳眩晕疗效确切,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Fufang Xueshuantong capsule combined with Hunarizine Hydrochloride capsule and Betahistine hydrochloride in treating the inner ear vertigo.Method Case-control study was carried out.The research group used above three capsule while the control group only used Hunarizine Hydrochloride capsule and Betahistine hydrochloride.Results The treatment group had a good effect in the improvement of clinical symptoms,curative effect was obviously superior to the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinicians may choose the Fufang Xueshuantong capsule as a way of treating the inner ear vertigo. |
