留置导尿术中常见故障的处理

目的探讨留置导尿时常见故障的原因及其处理方法。方法观察骨科住院患者，针对留置导尿中常见的导尿管插入困难、留置导尿后疼痛、引流不畅、粘膜出血、导尿管旁漏尿、导尿管脱出等问题，分别作出原因分析，采取不同的措施予以处理。结果实施留置导尿患者127例次，效果满意94例次（74．0），效果不满意33例次。其中发生导尿管插入困难6例次，留置后出现疼痛7例次，引流不畅11例次，粘膜出血3例次，导尿管旁漏尿4例次，导尿管脱出2例次。结论根据不同原因，采取不同的措施进行恰当的处理，是保证留置导尿取得满意效果的关键。，

Settling of Common Problems in Indwelling Catheterization

[ Objective ] To explore the reasons and methods for the common problems in indwelling catheterization. [ Methods ] Analysis was made on the reasons for some common problems, such as difficulty in catheterization, post - catheterization pains, inadequate drainage, mucosa bleeding, urinal leaking and catheter prolapsus and so on; different settling methods were used to deal with different problems. [ Results] Among the 127 cases of indwelling catheterization, 94 cases had satisfactory effect and 33 cases were not satisfactory; 6 cases had difficulty in catheterization, 7 cases suffered from post - catheterization pains, 1 case had inadequate drainage, 3 cases had mucosa bleeding, 4 cases had urinal leaking and 2 cases had catheter prolapsus. [ Conclusionl It is crucial to take different measures to deal with different problems in order to ensure satisfactory effect.
