医院内感染各临床标本病原菌调查及耐药性分析

目的了解医院感染病原菌的分布及耐药情况,为医院内感染的控制和指导临床合理用药提供实验依据。方法对本院2007-2009年住院患者痰、中段尿、血液等主要临床标本中分离出的病原菌,采用全自动微生物分析仪VITEK鉴定系统及K-B纸片扩散法进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果3年中痰液、中段尿、血液标本中分别分离出1564株、314株、97株病原菌,各种标本中真菌分离率都较高,分别排列在第1、2、4位。此外,痰液和中段尿液中病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主;血液中病原菌以大肠埃希菌居首,其次为葡萄球菌属。药物敏感试验结果显示：革兰阳性菌对万古霉素、呋喃妥因、利福平等抗生素耐药率较低,而革兰阴性菌对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢吡肟等抗生素耐药率较低。结论定期地进行病原菌调查与耐药性监测,有助于临床合理应用抗菌药物。

Analysis on Pathogens Distribution and Drug-resistance of Nosocomial Infections
