| 摘 要： | 目的：了解医务人员的生活质量现况及其影响因素，据此提出相应的干预策略。方法：采用方便抽样的方法，问卷调查404名医务人员。结果：被调查医务人员的生活质量水平低于常模水平；医务人员生活质量水平与其工作满意度水平呈正相关；其影响因素包括一般社会人口学特征（年龄、婚姻、是否有孩子等）、工作特征（工作年限、岗位、职称、是否承担领导职责等）、性格特征（A型性格、自我效能）、工作环境特征（组织支持）等四个方面。结论：被调查医务人员的生活质量水平较低，应针对重点人群进行有效干预。
