广州市473例社区高血压患者血压控制情况分析

目的了解广州市海珠区473例社区高血压患者血压控制情况以及影响血压控制达标的因素。方法采用横断面调查的方式，根据海珠区2005年社区诊断资料，于2008年随机抽取473例社区高血压患者进行问卷调查、体格检查和血生化检测。结果38．26％的社区高血压患者血压控制达标，其中3．59％的血压控制在理想水平，34．67％的在高血压前期水平。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示，参加体育活动是血压控制的保护因素，OR=0．60（95％CI：0．38—0．97），P=0．04；腰围值增大是血压控制的危险因素，OR=1．03（95％CI：1．01～1．05）,P=0．02。结论对社区高血压患者以健康促进为主导，改变不良生活方式，有助于降低血压水平，提高患者血压控制率。

Analysis on blood pressure control in 473 community hypertensive patients in Guangzhou City

Objective To investigate the status and influence factors of blood pressure control among 473 community patients with hypertension in Haizhu distriet of Guangzhou City. Methods Cross-sectional study was used. Based on the data of community diagnosis in Haizhu District in 2005,473 community patients with hypertension were randomly selected and asked to finish the questionnaire survey, physical examination and biochemistry detection of blood plasma. Restilts 38.26% of community patients with hypertension maintained standard blood pressure, including 3.59% normotensive and 34. 67% prehypertension. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that participation in athletic activities was a protective factor for blood pressure control, OR = 0. 60 （ 95% CI： 0. 38 - 0. 97 ）, P = 0. 04, and the increase of waist circumference value was a risk factor, OR = 1.03 （95 % CI ： 1.01 - 1.05 ）, P = 0. 02. Conclusion Community patients with hypertension should require health-promoting lifestyle modifications to reduce blood pressure level and increase the rate of blood pressure control.
