120例腔镜下甲状腺切除术的临床研究

目的探讨腔镜下甲状腺切除术的方法及微创意义。方法采用胸部乳晕入路行腔镜下甲状腺切除术120例。结果 120例手术均获成功。手术时间40～135 min,平均55 min。术后2 d,拔出引流管,无神经或甲状腺旁腺损伤及其他并发症。术后3～5 d出院。结论腔镜下,甲状腺切除术是安全、可行的手术方法,具有很好的美容效果及微创效果。

Clinical Study of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy with 120 Cases Report

Objective To explore the feasibility and minimal value of endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods Endoscopic thyroidectomy areola papillaris was successfully performed in 120 cases of thyroid benign tumors.Results All the operations were completed successfully.The operation time was 40～135 min（mean,55 min）.There was no postoperative complications such as recurrent laryngeal nerve or parathyroid body injury.The drainage tube was removed after 2 days post-operation and the patients were discharged from hospital at 3～5 days.Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy through areola papillaris is safe and feasible operative method,better mini-trauma effect and perfact cosmatic result.
