| 摘 要： | 目的：了解静脉输液操作过程中易诱发输液反应的因素。为规范临床输液操作提供依据。方法：对多家医疗单位的静脉输液操作过程进行调查。试验，分析。结果：配药与输液环境污染，方法不当，消毒效果不佳或消毒剂存在污染，输液滴速过快普遍存在。结论：静脉输液操作过程中配药，输液的环境与方法。消毒，输液滴速的不规范是诱发输液反应的因素。 |
