| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤的显微手术技巧及术后处理方法.方法 回顾性分析39例经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微切除垂体腺瘤手术经验.结果 手术时间平均55 min,肿瘤全部切除30例,次全部切除9例.术后全部恢复良好,视力明显改显,2例出现脑脊液鼻漏.结论 经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微切除垂体腺瘤是一种快捷、安全、有效的手术方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the microsurgical technique for single nostril-sphenoid sinus approach for treatment of pituitary adenoma,and post-operative treatment.Methods The retrospective analysis was performed in 39 patients with pituitary adenoma treated by microsurgical technique through single nostril-sphenoid sinus approach.Results Average duration of the operation was 55 minutes.Total removal was achieved in 30 cases and subtotal removal in 9 cases.All cases got improvement in vision.Transient cerebrospinal... |
