中心静脉导管治疗自发性气胸43例分析

目的:分析自发性气胸采用中心静脉导管作微创胸腔闭式引流结合持续低负压吸引的治疗效果。方法:对43例自发性气胸患者均采用中心静脉导管作微创胸腔闭式引流的新方法。结果:43例自发性气胸病人行胸腔闭式引流34例,胸腔闭式引流电动负压吸引7例,2例需应用常规胸腔闭式引流,平均住院时间为4.8天,均治愈出院。结论:采用中心静脉导管行胸腔内插管闭式引流术,安全有效,操作简捷,胸膜组织损伤小,避免了反复穿刺造成的胸膜多处损伤、出血、皮下气肿、复张性肺水肿及循环障碍等,减轻患者痛苦,缩短了治疗疗程,疗效显著。
