氨溴索不同用药途径治疗呼吸系统疾病疗效观察

目的评估氨溴索在临床上使用不同用药途径治疗呼吸系统疾病的疗效及安全性。方法将60例慢性支气管炎或合并肺气肿患者随机分为两组，氨溴索雾化吸入组（Ⅰ组）和氨溴索静脉输注组（Ⅱ组）。观察分析治疗后咳嗽、排痰困难、肺部罗音及住院时间。结果比较两组治疗后在改善咳嗽、肺部罗音及住院时间方面，其差异无统计学意义（p〉0．05），在改善排痰困难方面，用药前3天Ⅰ组疗效优于Ⅱ组（p〈0．05）具有统计学意义，但随着用药时间的延长两组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论氨溴索在临床上使用雾化吸入和静脉输注不同用药途径对于改善患者呼吸道症状有效率和住院时间上，疗效相当，无统计学意义。

A different route of administration of ambroxol efficacy of the treatment of respiratory diseases

Objective To evaluate the ambroxol drug in clinical use of different channels on the treatment of respiratory diseases, the efficacy and safety. Methods 60 patients with chronic bronchitis or pulmonary emphysema patients were randomly divided into two groups, ambroxol inhalation group （Ⅰ group） and ambroxol intravenous infusion group （Ⅱ group）. Observed and analyzed after treatment cough, expectoration difficulties, pulmonary rales, and hospital stay. Results To compare the two groups after treatment in improving cough, pulmonary tales and length of stay is concerned, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, in improving expectoration difficulties, medication 3 days before Ⅰ more effective than group Ⅱ group （p〈0.05） with statistical significance, but with the extension of time, two groups of drugs was no statistical significance （p〉0.05）. Conclusion Ambroxol in the clinical use of aerosol inhalation and intravenous infusion of a different route of administration for improving the response rate in patients with respiratory symptoms and hospitalization time, a considerable effect, no statistical significance.
