超声引导自动活检在慢性肝炎病理学分级分期中的应用

目的　对HBsAg阳性患者进行组织病理学诊断 ,明确肝脏的炎症活动分级和肝纤维化程度分期。 方法　对肝功能正常且无明显临床症状的HBsAg阳性患者 ,采用超声引导自动活检采取标本并送病理检查。 结果　 5 0例病例中组织病理学诊断 :轻度慢性乙型肝炎 48例 ,重度慢性乙肝、早期肝硬化 2例。肝组织免疫组化染色检查 :HBsAg阳性 42例 ,HB sAg阳性并HBcAg阳性 8例。 结论　肝脏超声引导自动活检技术 ,有助于从组织病理学上明确肝炎分期及肝硬化分级 ,对慢性肝炎患者的治疗有指导意义。

Application of Ultrasound-Guided Automatic Biopsy in Classifying and Staging of Chronic Hepatitis in Pathology

Objective The pathologic diagnosis of HbsAg( ) patients were made for confirming the classification of the active hepatitis and the stage of the level of hepatic fibrosis. Methods Fifty HbsAg( ) patients with normal hepatic function and none obviously clinical symptom were studied by using ultrasound guided automatic biopsy and pathologic examination. Results In the pathologic diagnosis of 50 cases, there were 48 cases of slight chronic hepatitis B, 2 cases of severe chronic hepatitis B and early period cirrhosis. In the immunohistochemical test: there were 42 cases of HbsAg( ) and 8 cases of HbsAg( ) and HbcAg( ). Conclusion The ultrasound guided automatic biopsy is helpul for the classification of hepatitis and staging of cirrhosis in pathology, it can guide the therapy of chronic hepatitis.
