Survivin、Caspase-3、突变型p53对膀胱移行细胞癌预后的意义

目的:探讨survivin、caspase-3、突变型p53蛋白表达对膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)预后的作用。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学法检测50例BTCC及10例正常膀胱黏膜组织石蜡切片中survivin蛋白、caspase-3蛋白、突变型p53蛋白的表达,结合临床资料进行分析。结果:Survivin在BTCC标本中的阳性表达率为76.0%(38/50),在正常组织中不表达,与BTCC的组织学分级、预后有关(均P<0.05),但与临床分期无关(P>0.05);p53阳性表达率为68.0%(34/50),与正常组织阳性表达率30.0%(3/10)]相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);caspase-3阳性表达率为36.0%(18/50),与正常组织阳性率90.0%(9/10)]相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Survivin与caspase-3表达呈显著负性相关(rs=-0.457,P<0.05),survivin与p53表达呈显著正性相关(rs=0.317,P<0.05)。结论:Survivin与caspase-3的表达在BTCC中呈负相关,突变型p53缺乏对survivn表达的抑制而呈正相关,对...

Expression of survivin protein and its relationship with Caspase-3, P53 protein in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder

Abstract Objective:To study the expression of survivin and its relationship with expression of Caspase-3, P53 in transitional cell caricinoma of bladder(BTCC).Method:Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expression of Survivin,Caspase-3 and P53 proteins in 50 BTCC patients.Normal bladder tissues from 10 health people were used as control group. The expression of Survivin and mutant p53 was detected by streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemical method in the paraffin embedded sections of with the clinical data analyzed. Results:The positive rate of the expression of Survivin in BTCC was 76.0%(38/50), While none of control group expressed Survivin. The expression of Survivin was related to the histological grades and recurrence(P<0.05) but no significant difference was detected in different clinical stages(P>0.05).The positive rate of the expression of p53 in BTCC was 68.0%(34/50),while compared with the control group significant difference in the positive rate of the expression of p53 30%(3/10) was detected(P<0.05). There was negative significant correlation between the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3(r=-0.457,P<0.05), but positive significant correlation between the expression of Survivin and p53 (r=0.317,P<0.05).Conclusions:T The expression of Survivin in BTCC is up-regulated, indicating this gene may play an important role in the process of carcinogenesis of BTCC. The changes in the level of Survivin, Caspase-3 and p53 may play important roles in the prognosis of BTCC.
