| 摘 要： | 目的建立盐酸去氢骆驼蓬碱（HM.HCl）黏附栓剂体外释放测定方法并用于栓剂体外释药特性的考察。方法采用转篮外包被半透膜的方法，用于水溶性栓剂的释放特性研究，考察溶出介质、pH和转速对其释放特性的影响。结果在转速50 r.min^-1，溶出介质为蒸馏水，pH为5.8的实验条件下，能较好的反映黏附栓剂的释药特性。结论其释药特性符合Rit-ger-peppas方程，即：lnQ=1.066lnt-2.568（r=0.926）。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To set up a method for the study of release characteristics of Harmine Hydrochloride bioadhesive suppository.METHODS The rotation basket coating semipermeable membrane was used to study the characteristics of drug release from suppository base.The influences of the release medium,their pH and rotation rate were investigated,respectively. RESULTS The result of release test showed that it is fit to drug release characteristics under the conditions of pH 5.8 distilled water with a rotation rate at 50 rpm.CONCLUSION The above study provided the release profile in vitro could be described by Ritger-peppas equation,InQ=1.066Int-2.568(r=0.926). |
