糖尿病公务员病人生存质量与抑郁、社会支持的关系

目的了解Ⅱ型糖尿病公务员患者生存质量的状况,探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病公务员患者生存质量与抑郁、社会支持的关系。方法采用抑郁自评量表、社会支持量表、糖尿病特异生存质量量表对随机抽取的山东省3所医院职业为公务员的Ⅱ型糖尿病56名患者进行调查。结果①文化程度高、无其他疾病、不伴随抑郁的个体生存质量水平高于文化程度低(F=3.24,P<0.05)、伴有其他疾病(t=2.62,P<0.05)、合并抑郁(t=3.18,P<0.01)的个体;②社会支持与生存质量(r=-0.38,P<0.01)、对生理的影响(r=-0.39,P<0.01)、对心理的影响(r=-0.38,P<0.01)呈显著负相关,抑郁与生存质量(r=0.49,P<0.01)、对生理的影响(r=0.49,P<0.01)、对心理的影响(r=0.41,P<0.01)、对治疗的影响(r=0.31,P<0.05)呈显著正相关;③对支持的利用度及抑郁水平可较好的预测生存质量的状况。结论 II型糖尿病公务员病人生存质量与文化程度及是否伴有其他疾病有关,抑郁水平可较好地预测生存质量的状况;社会支持也是影响糖尿病患者生存质量的重要因素。

The Relationship among Quality of Life,Depression and Social Support of Public Servant with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To comprehend the quality of life situation of public servants with type 2 diabetes,and explore its relationship with depression and social support.Methods A total of 56 public servants with type 2 diabetes from Shandong province were investigated with Self-Rating Depression Scale,Social Support Rating Scale and Diabetes-specific Quality of Life Scale.Results ①Quality of life of public servant with higher education,not combine other disease,not combine depression was better than that of those group with lower education（F=3.24,P〈0.05）,combine other disease（t=2.62,P〈0.05）,combine depression（t=3.18,P〈0.01）;②Social support was negatively correlated with quality of life（r=-0.38,P〈0.01）,physical dimension（r=-0.39,P〈0.01）and mental dimension（r=-0.38,P〈0.01）significantly;depression was positively correlated with quality of life（r=0.49,P〈0.01）,physical dimension（r=0.49,P〈0.01）,mental dimension（r=0.41,P〈0.01）and treatment dimension（r=0.31,P〈0.05）;③The utilization of support and depression could better predict quality of life.Conclusion Quality of life of public servants with type 2 diabetes is correlated with education and other disease combined;Depression can better predict quality of life,social support is also an important influencing factor of quality of life.
