社区康复对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

目的探讨开展社区康复工作对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法抽取广东省中山市22个康复站治疗的慢性精神分裂症患者300例设为研究组，抽取同期在中山市第三人民医院住院的慢性精神分裂症患者300例设为对照组。对两组患者进行为期1a的观察，于人组时、人组后第3mo、6mo、9mo、12mo末采用简明精神病量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评定两组患者的疾病状况及社会功能状况，并进行对比分析。结果两组调查后各时段简明精神病量表评分及减分率均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；研究组社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分人组后12mo末显著低于人组时（P〈0．05）；对照组入组后各时段评分均显著低于人组时（P〈0．01），但9mo、12mo末与6mo末是比较呈逐渐回升趋势；研究组入组时及人组后第12mo末均显著低于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论开展社区康复工作对慢性精神分裂患者的治疗以及社会功能的恢复有积极影响。

Influences of community rehabilitation on social function of chronic schizophrenics

Objective To explore the influences of community rehabilitation on social function of chronic schizophrenics. Methods 300 patients with chronic schizophrenia selected from 22 rehabilitaion stations of Zhongshan,Guangdong were assigned to research group, 300 ones from The 3rd People＇s Hospital of Zhongshan to control group and observed for 1 year. Conditions of illness and social function state were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） and the Social Disability Screen Scale（SDSS） and comparatively analyzed at baseline and at the ends of the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th month after enrolment Results There were no significant differences in each time-stage scores of the BPRS and score-reducing rate between 2 groups（P〉0.05） ; at the end of the 12th month, the SDSS score was significantly lower compared with baseline in the research group（P〈0. 05） ;in the control group, all time-stages scores were signifiacntly lower compared with baseline（P〈0.01）,but at the ends of the 9th and 12th month those offered upgrade tendency compared with the end of the 6th; those in the research at baseline and at the end of 12th month were significantly lower than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Community rehabilitation has active effects on treatment and rehabiliatation of social function for chronic schizophrenics.
