臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出合并腰椎管狭窄症的疗效分析

目的:探讨经皮穿刺臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出合并腰椎管狭窄症的疗效.方法:60例经临床表现及CT或MRI检查证实为腰椎间盘突出合并腰椎管狭窄的患者,保守治疗无效后,采用CT引导下21G穿刺针经皮穿刺至病变腰椎间盘,实施盘内及椎旁间隙臭氧注射术.术后对病人进行随访,采用改良的MacNab法评价术后七天、术后六月的疗效.结果:治疗后七天、六个月显效率分别为61.7%、65%,总有效率分别为93.3%、91.7%,均无统计学差异.所有患者无1例出现严重并发症.结论:经皮穿刺臭氧盘内外注射术是治疗腰椎间盘突出合并腰椎管狭窄症的安全、有效方法.

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF OXYGEN-OZONE THERAPY FOR LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION COMBINED WITH LUMBAR SPINAL STENOSIS

Objective:To evaluate the short and long term efficacy of oxygen-ozone injection in treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)combined with lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods:With computed tomographic guidance,60 patients(29 male,31 female;age range,30～81years)confirmed LDH com- bined with LSS by CT and MRl were accepted 2 1 G needle puncture.The patients were followed up and evaluated therapeutic outcome with modified Macnab's method on 7days and 6 months after treatment. Results:On 7days and 6 months after treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3%,91.7%,the excel- lent effective rate Was 61.7%.65%.Both of them had no statistic significance.No severe complications were found throughout this study.Conclusion:Intraforaminal and intradiscal injection of oxygen-ozone is an effective and safe method for the treatment of LDH combined with LSS.
