| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用急诊冠状动脉搭桥术治疗急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction，AMI)的可行性。方法对1999年1月至2003年2月我院46例AMI患者行急诊冠状动脉搭桥术(E—CABG)治疗进行回顾性分析。结果46例AMI患者中40例抢救成功，成功率为87．0％。结论E—CABG是治疗危重急性心肌梗死的有效方法，但需要具备一系列综合抢救措施、多学科的心脏中心以及一定数龟的常规冠状动脉搭桥术的技术和经验。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility of emergency coronary artery bypass grafting(E-CABG)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A retrospective study of 46 patients with AMI,who undergone E-CABG with a compete set of comprehensive rescue measures from January 1999 to February 2003.Results Among the 46 patients,E-CABG succeeded in 40 patients,and the success rate was 87.0%.Conclusion It is an effective method to treat acute myocardial infarction patients with ECABG,but it depends on a multi-sciences heart center,a compete set of comprehensive rescue measures and sufficient technique and experiences. |
