| 摘 要： | 目的:通过MMP-9mRNA表达探讨开窍通腑汤的神经保护及神经功能重塑作用。方法:采用拴线法复制大鼠大脑中动脉缺血3h再灌注模型,采用RT-PCR方法检测MCAO后不同时间点各组MMP-9mRNA在局灶性脑缺血中的表达。结果:开窍通腑汤可通过降低MMP-9的含量,减轻缺血时基底膜的降解,从而维护血脑屏障(BBB)的完整性。进而达到防治脑缺血再灌注损伤的目的。
