摘    要:目的 研究电磁场变化率对血液粘度和凝血过程的影响,探索降低血液粘度,抑制凝血过快、过强的一种物理新方法。方法 研制产生不同dE/dt,dB/dt的电磁场发生器。样品用dE/dt和dB/dt处理,处理后分别检测样吕的血液粘度、红细胞电泳和凝血过程。结果 dB/dt能使全血表观粘度η降低(P<0.01)、复钙凝血时间tr变长(P<0.01),血块的最大剪切应力τm变小(P<0.01),处理组间比较dB/dt较dE/dt作用效果明显。结论 dB/dt能改善血液的流变特性。

Abstract:AIM To study the effects of change rate of electromagnetic fields(EMF) on blood apparent viscosity and coagulation and find a new physical way to reduce the blood viscosity and restrain coagulation. METHODS A generator producing different dE/dt and dB/dt EMF was developed. The blood sample was treated with device and then blood apparent viscosity and coagulation progress were detected. RESULTS With radiation of dE/dt, the blood apparent viscosity (η) decreased (P<0.01), the coagulation time (tr) got slow (P<0.01), the biggest clotting strength (τm) weaker (P<0.01) compared with dE/dt treatments, the dB/dt had more significant influence on blood. CONCLUSION dB/dt can improve the hemorheological performance.
