| 摘 要： | 目的:研究艾迪注射液胸腔内灌注治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸水的疗效。方法:将46例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组(艾迪注射液)23例和对照组(CTX化疗)23例。治疗组胸腔内灌注艾迪注射液,对照组胸腔内灌注CTX。结果:两组疗效相仿,但治疗组无毒副作用。结论:艾迪注射液胸腔内灌注治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸水疗效肯定,无毒副作用。
