| 摘 要： | 用羊膜镜监护高危妊娠并对100例进行了分析。结果表明:胎心搏数的改变与羊水被胎粪污染同起源于胎儿缺氧,胎心搏数异常的病例比胎心率无变化而羊水混浊者发病率高;羊水黄绿手术产明显增加;并且羊水黄绿的病例新生儿Apgar评分多在6分以下。以上说明羊膜镜检查对早期发现胎儿窘迫有一定使用价值。

| Abstract: | Amnioscopy had been used for monitoring high risk pregnancy in our hospital. 100 cases were analyzed in this paper. The results indicated that both the change of fetal heart rate and the contamination of amniotic fluid with stool were due to fetal anoxia. The morbidity of turbid amniotic fluid was higher in patients with abnormal fetal heart rate than those with normal heart rate. In patients with turbid amniotic fluid the rate of cesarean section was increased obviously and Apgar score was below 6. All of these proved amnioscopy was very useful for early detecting fetal distress. |
