骨质疏松骨折患者的健康管理及效果分析

目的：通过对住院骨质疏松骨折患者进行全程健康管理，从而探索最佳的骨质疏松骨折健康管理。方法选择2012年1月－2013年12月在解放军第309医院住院的年龄在50岁～75岁的骨质疏松骨折200例患者为研究对象，分为对照组及干预组，运用前瞻性队列研究方法进行分析。同时采用SPSS12．0统计软件进行数据处理。结果干预后，患者骨质疏松相关知识掌握情况比干预前显著优于对照组；患者相关行为均明显改善，依从性提高；各部位骨密度均高于干预前；患者的疼痛程度较干预前均明显改善，生活质量大幅度提高。结论对骨质疏松骨折患者进行全程的健康管理，促进骨质疏松骨折愈合，提高生活质量，降低骨质疏松再骨折发生，从而为防治骨质疏松骨折提供理论依据。

Analysis of the effect of health management on patients with osteoporotic fractures

Objective To explore the best health management for osteoporosis fractures through the total health management to the hospitalized patients with osteoporosis fractures.Methods Two hundred 50-75-year-old patients with osteoporosis fractures from January 2012 to December 2013 hospitalized in our hospital aged were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and intervention group.A prospective cohort study was designed.Data were processed using SPSS 12.0 software. Results After the intervention, the master of osteoporosis related knowledge in patients in intervention group was significantly better than in control group.The relevant behavior of the patients was significantly improved.The compliance improved.BMD of each part was higher than that before the intervention.The degree of pain in patients was significantly relieved compared to that before the intervention.The quality of life substantially improved.Conclusion The whole process management to the patients with osteoporotic fractures promotes fracture healing, improves the quality of life, and reduces osteoporotic refracture.It provides theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis fracture.
