| 摘 要： | 目的 :为了解、评估异长春花碱 (NVB)、异环磷酰胺 (IFO) ,顺铂 (DDP)联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法 :用NIP方案治疗 4 0例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者。DDP 6 0mg/m2 dl,NVB 2 5mg/m2 dl,8,IFO 1.2g/m2 dl 5。 2 3周期后评价疗效及毒副反应。结果 :完全缓解 (CR) 4例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 18例 ,稳定 (NC) 14例 ,进展 (PD) 4例。总有效率 5 5 %。毒性反应主要为骨髓抑制、消化道反应、脱发和注射局部静脉炎。结论 :异长春花碱、异环磷酰胺和顺铂联合化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有效率高 ,毒副反应可以耐受 ,可作为治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的一线方案

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative and side effects of vinorelbine ,ifosfomide and cisplatine regimen for treating advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:40 cases of advanced NSCLC were treated in our department from Feb.1994 to Feb.1998.DDP 60 mg/m 2dl,NVB 25 mg/m 2dl,8,IFO 1.2g/m 2dl 5.Curative and side effects were evaluated after two to three circles were completed.Results:Complete remission (CR) was observed in 4 cases,PR in 18 cases,while NC in 14 cases,and PD in 4 cases,with an overall response rate of 55%.The main side effects were neutropenia,alopecia,gastrointestinsl tract reaction and local venous toxicity.Conclusion:the combined regimen of NVB plus IFO and CDDP for treating advanced NSCLC has a high response rate and tolerable side effects.It can be used as the first line regimen for treating advanced NSCLC. |
